Through agreements, the entities transfer to ENTerritorio the technical, administrative, legal and financial management for the development of their programs and projects, guaranteeing their execution.

Steps to followPhases of project management

Negotiation: Determines the feasibility of signing an agreement through an adequate process of identification, review and analysis of the needs and requirements of the client and the project to be executed.

Planning and execution: Defines or adjusts the operational plans that allow the execution of the project of an agreement to be carried out (execute, apply) a series of activities coordinated and agreed among all those involved in the process in order to deliver the products of the agreement in a timely manner.

Liquidation: It carries out the balance and closing of the fulfillment of the commitments acquired by ENTerritorio in the execution of a Project Management agreement, through a comprehensive review process of the obligations acquired by the parties, in accordance with the commitments agreed with the client and the contractors.
