- Evaluation and diagnosis of the financial, administrative and legal aspects required for the execution of the project.
- Analysis, design and determination of implementation schemes and procedures
- Administrative, financial and operational support in the execution of the activities required for implementation.
- Preparation of strategies, procedures and timelines for project implementation, including the preparation of all necessary project documents
- Coordination and execution of the strategies and procedures approved by ENTerritorio and the client for the implementation of the object of the project.
- Logistical support to the client in the implementation of the contractual activities to be developed for the execution of the resources allocated to the project.
- Conclusion of the contractual agreements to be entered into directly or on behalf of the client for the execution of the project
- Financial management of the resources that the client allocates for the execution of the project.
- Implementation of monitoring and control schemes for all the activities developed within the framework of the execution of the object of the Agreement.
Scope of Service
The scope of the service is represented in the necessary studies for the execution of an investment project, diagnosis, pre-feasibility-feasibility for specific programs and projects. It also includes technical advice on coordination, control, and supervision, as well as the direction, programming and execution of designs, plans, preliminaries and projects, among others.
ENTerritorio as an agent of the project cycle, does not intermediate resources but executes the contractual obligations originated in the legal business, receiving a consideration for its services. In Project Management ENTerritorio performs support tasks for development projects or part of them, assuming intermediation obligations with its client, sharing activities and specific tasks with the executor, generating added value within the technical, financial, legal and control aspects of the project.
Operation of the service
- The resources paid by the client are not incorporated into ENTerritorio's budget.
- The transfer of resources from the client to ENTerritorio can be up to 100% of those destined to the supply of goods and services, but it is not the same with those destined to cover the administration costs charged by ENTerritorio.
- The financial returns generated do not belong to ENTerritorio, but will be returned to the source of origin in accordance with the legal regulation
- ENTerritorio acts as a facilitator of the process while the client retains responsibility for execution.
