Institutional Information Security Policy
Information is a fundamental asset for the provision of ENTerritorio's services and for efficient decision making in compliance with its mission and has associated financial, strategic and patrimonial value due to the cost of its production, procurement and/or reconstruction and therefore requires administrative and legal mechanisms for its use and conservation.
That is why the General Management is committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of ENTerritorio's information, for which it must implement an Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on ISO 27001 and based on the relevant analysis of the risks to which it is exposed.
Occupational Health and Safety Policy
The EMPRESA NACIONAL PROMOTORA DEL DESARROLLO TERRITORIAL (ENTerritorio), has as a fundamental reason, to ensure the prevention of accidents at work and occupational diseases caused at work, as well as contribute to the physical and mental well-being of its employees and contractors. The development of this policy will be done through the implementation of a management system for the administration of occupational health and safety risks.
Environmental Policy
ENTerritorio, within the framework of corporate environmental responsibility, ensures the efficient use of non-renewable resources in compliance with current regulations, the control and prevention of pollution, involving activities to mitigate or compensate the environmental impacts generated, as well as the protection of human talent, community and physical infrastructure.
Anti-bribery Policy
Empresa Nacional Promotora del Desarrollo Territorial, within the framework of its guiding principle of managing resources in an ethical, transparent and efficient manner, and the institutional value of honesty, prohibits any practice related to acts, behaviors and situations associated with bribery in any form and encourages all its employees and external customers to act in accordance with the law.
Document Management Policy
The Empresa Nacional Promotora del Desarrollo Territorial ENTerritorio, will facilitate the consultation of relevant information for decision making, ensuring in turn the preservation of the historical memory of the Entity through its Document Management; which will be oriented to the management of both physical and electronic documents, ensuring that the files are managed within the current archival regulatory framework, to ensure its authenticity, reliability, usability and availability in the development of the functions and activities of the Entity.
