Negotiation: Determines the feasibility of signing an agreement through an adequate process of identification, review and analysis of the needs and requirements of the clients and the projects to be executed.
Planning and execution: Defines or adjusts the operational plans that allow the execution of the projects of an agreement to carry out (execute, apply) a series of activities coordinated and agreed among all those involved in the process in order to deliver the products of the agreement in a timely manner.
Liquidation: It carries out the balance and closing of the fulfillment of the commitments acquired by ENTerritorio in the execution of a Project Management agreement, through a comprehensive review process of the obligations acquired by the parties, according to the commitments agreed with the client and with the contractors.
