He has accumulated more than 15 years of professional experience, serving in positions such as: superintendent delegate for the Defense Sector for the Control of the Superintendence of Surveillance and Private Security, advisor to the Directorate of the Mobility Sector of the Comptroller of Bogotá D.C.; sectional director of the Geographic Institute Agustín Codazzi - IGAC, municipal mayor of San Mateo, Boyacá and other positions in public and private sector entities in the country.

Lawyer graduated from Universidad Santo Tomás de Aquino de Bucaramanga, with a specialization in Administrative Law and a Master's Degree in Law with emphasis in Public Law from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
With more than 23 years of professional experience, he has held various positions, including specialized professional at the Ministry of Housing, City and Territory; head of the Legal Advisory Office at the National Health Institute (INS); general secretary at Empresa Distribuidora de Energía del Pacífico (DISPAC); advisor at the House of Representatives, and specialized professional at the Secretariat of Education of the District of Bogota.
