Diego Fernando Alza Alza

Industrial Engineer from Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas and Civil Engineer from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, with a specialization in Territorial Government and Public Management from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. He also has a master's degree in Territorial Government and Public Management from the same university.
With more than 10 years of experience, he has held positions as Project Manager at Prodiconstructores Ltda. and Secretary of Planning at the Municipal Mayor's Office of Vélez. Recently, he has served as unit manager in the Project Development Group 1 of ENTerritorio S.A.
Mónica Duarte Ortiz
Operations Assistant Manager
Lawyer with more than 15 years of experience in the public and private sector, specialized in Tax Law.
She has held important roles as senior manager and unit manager of the Contractual Planning Group at ENTerritorio S.A., where she has led teams in the planning and execution of contracts. In addition, she has been deputy administrative director of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, a position in which she contributed to the optimization of administrative processes.
She has also served as a contractor for prominent entities such as the Botanical Garden of Bogota, the Government of Cundinamarca, the Ministry of Sports and Fiduagraria. Her experience extends to the legislative field, having been an advisor to the Legislative Work Unit of the House of Representatives and a university professional at the District Mobility Secretariat.
Nohora Esperanza Luna Perdomo
Assistant Financial Manager
Professional with more than 16 years of experience in the financial and administrative areas, having held important positions in the public sector. She is a financial administrator with a solid academic background that includes specializations in Contemporary Public Administration and Development Projects.
Throughout her career she has held positions as financial director of the Comptroller's Office of Ibagué and aeronautical director of Financial Management of the Special Administrative Unit of Civil Aeronautics. Her experience also includes roles as contractor for the Governor's Office of Tolima and the Ibagué Health Unit (USI) E.S.E.
She has served as head of the Special Accounts Office of the Institute of Financing, Promotion and Development of Ibagué (INFIBAGUE), as well as deputy administrative and financial director of the Regional Autonomous Corporation of Tolima (CORTOLIMA).
In addition, she has headed the Technical Contracting Department of the Tolima Government and the Administrative and Financial Division of Empresa Ibaguereña de Acueducto y Alcantarillado S.A. E.S.P., and has been operational director of the Municipal Mayor's Office of Ibagué, among others.

With more than 23 years of professional experience, he has held various positions, including specialized professional at the Ministry of Housing, City and Territory; head of the Legal Advisory Office at the National Health Institute (INS); general secretary at Empresa Distribuidora de Energía del Pacífico (DISPAC); advisor at the House of Representatives, and specialized professional at the Secretariat of Education of the District of Bogota.
